- Assist in all cellaring processes including draining, fining, cold crashing, dry-hopping, and addition of ingredients to fermenters as well as transfers from fermenter to maturation tank.
- Perform carbonation, kegging, and shrink-wrapping of bright beer for cold storage and consumption.
- Regularly monitored important brewing, fermentation, cellaring, and packaging parameters including measuring gravities, temperatures, process times, carbonation levels, and sensory characteristics of product from.
- Follow all safety protocol including equipment and chemical usage.
- Responsible for CIP and SIP of mash mixer, lauter tun, boiling kettle, fermenters, and bright tanks as well as cleaned outside of each vessel. Also responsible for maintaining an overall clean, organized work area.

- Assist with all brewing processes on both 1 and 10-barrel systems from milling of grain until knockout and subsequent cleaning of brewhouse.
- Clean, sanitize, pressurize, and fill kegs from bright tanks.
