Project Manager / Move Coordinator • The Project Manager / Move Coordinator’s main role in this multi phase project was to work with each move coordinator to assess their department in regards to device placement and technology needs in the new office.• Lead the efforts to gather the proper information on each individual to ensure the new space was properly built out to meet the desired requirements. • Position required working knowledge of networking, telephony, applications, desktop and server technologies as related to the move.• Participated in the evaluation and hiring process for 8-16 move technicians.• Responsible for building and maintaining the project planning and tracking spreadsheets and all planning and device placement maps. • Coordinate efforts and timing for updated workstation name changes, intranet directory updates and system records to reflect the new office location and telephone contacts.• Collaborated with the telecomm team to ensure all phone number changes to the system were in order and tested prior to each phase. • Responsible for post move support including but not limited to phone support, printing support, desktop application support, remote access support, physical location modifications and follow up communications. • Supervised team consisting of Project Technical Leads, and move technicians.

• Management of 10+ continuous projects focusing on the migration of data and applications from Windows Server 2003/ SQL 2003 Physical and Virtual to Windows Server 2008/2012 and SQL 2008/2012.• Lead the research efforts pertaining to current systems and new system technical specifications, components and features.• Coordination of all Key Stakeholders, clients, Vendor and IT resources for systems builds, data transfers and to ensure all interface, client devices and dependencies are tested and verified prior to Go-Live• Responsible for building and maintaining the implementation plan for each project• Responsible for scheduling/managing planning meetings with the teams to ensure the meeting goals and tasks are completed within the scheduled time frame.• Lead the Go-Live conversions including but not limited to keeping the team on task, driving the work forward, technical assistance and recording time stamped progress logs.• Responsible for updating the running support plans for each system• Responsible for creating system overview diagrams of current and preproduction systems• Responsible for creating and/or updating Disaster Recovery Plan for each system

Health East Care Systems, St. Paul, MN​ Epic Deployment Project Coordinator– Phase 1 (1/14-8/14), Phase 2 (8/14-12/14)• Working with each specific departmental or clinical manager(s) in a two phase Epic EMR conversion, assess 34 Clinic and 4 Hospital Locations within Health East Care Systems for Epic Technical readiness focusing on all desktop and printing hardware. • Collaborating efforts with Plant Managers and High/Low voltage contractors to identify, plan and execute building construction needs. • Completed detailed plan and submitted to Health East for budget approval. • Managed the order, delivery, storage and installation of hardware and furniture.• Planned, scheduled and supervised the installation of over 400 of the Ergotron cart and Desktop wall mounts. Saving over $10,000 by reusing parts from existing equipment found in storage.• Scheduled and planned an Ergonomic study for a specific PC wall mounts in a few challenging locations to allowing for effective use of the hardware. • Supervised and directed a team of 14 Deployment Technicians during the imaging and installation process of over 1000 desktop PCs, thin clients or laptops to 4 hospitals and 34 clinics.• Provided technical assistance to the active Windows 7 upgrade project. Epic Testing Technical Lead – Phase 1 (4/14-6/14), Phase 2 (10/14-12/14)• Overseeing12 technicians, schedule per site and department the testing of over 4000 desktop devices within Health East Care Systems for Epic Go-Live readiness. • Worked with various teams to identify and correct Epic hardware device misconfigurations.Epic Go-Live Support Printing Lead – (6/14-Present)• Lead and provided technical support to all teams for Epic printing issues after Go-Live. • Personally reconfigured over 300 Zebra model(s) lab Label and roaming printers. • Identified and provided solutions for prior unknowns in this specific Epic environment.• Currently documenting all new printing processes.

Computer Maintenance, Installation, Distribution and Inventory• Position had break/fix function accountability for all desktops, laptops, printers, etc.• Deployment of desktop equipment and completion of all additions, moves and changes• Maintained all PC and Laptop Images, to standard builds to ensure consistency and stability across desktop platforms. This was a coordinated build set, involving all members of IT – under the Desktop Engineer’s direction.• Maintained documentation and inventory of all laptops and PCs additions, moves and changes relative to asset and assignments of assets and tracking.• Owned and managed the mobile phone account of 100 smart phones through Verizon. Including troubleshooting of devices, upgrades and general user training.• Assist in the set up and maintenance of the inter office cable TV via VLC and to STB(a) for common area TV’s and some IR remote controls for private feeds.End- User Support• Troubleshoots software/hardware problems• Resolves employee I.T. related problems in a timely manner• Provides support for user software products including real-time market data system and proprietary applications• Enforces policy restrictions as mandated by regulatory compliance and IT Policies.• Escalates any issues that are not resolvable in a timely fashion to the rest of the IT Team to ensure a prompt and successful response to all IT related issues for all staff members.• Takes ownership of Service Desk Management system to ensure all issues/service requests are assigned to an IT Team member and are followed up promptly and within IT Management expectations.Servers and Network Support• Trouble shoots and isolates problems between desktops and networks, servers and external service providers

• Help Desk management / field technician for 250 users through on-site and telephone/remote support.• Operations support, including the configuration and repair of Windows NT/XP workstations, Software installations, Configuration and maintenance of Windows 2003 server, Raid arrays, configuration of Thin Clients to term server, Point of Sale systems, network configuration and maintenance, Hardware maintenance and repair of Desktop workstations, laptops (including encryption) switches, printers, scanners, and copiers.• Maintain network TCP/IP and DNS assignments.• User accounts management, including Active Directory, NT Domain, Exchange Email, DEC VMS and IDX security Plus.• Provide user training, including Windows NT/XP and Microsoft Outlook.• Manage/configure equipment check out including mobile workstations and projectors.• Responsible for the daily back up procedure and disaster recovery.• Evaluating and testing new hardware and software.
