Reporting to the CEO responsible for the health, growth, and development of the Franchise Business Unit serving as the active Leader of Franchise Field and Corporate Team, including, overseeing marketing, merchandising, and compliance. Lead efforts to track the geographical market of local and well-capitalized franchisees to obtain new ownership while providing potential leads to partners on the Franchise Team.
