I managed the chamber's transition to a new CRM platform. We performed a comprehensive audit, researching options and preparing a brief for the board of directors with recommendations. Assisted with DevOps and data migration - and built the new website - in Q2 2024. Other duties included messaging membership with custom emails, cleaning up the databases in the former CRM, and SEO in the new website.

In this role I took care of the brand: content marketing and strategy, SEO, social media and reputation management. Created a comprehensive brand book as part of a major overhaul of everything - from the logo to the website.

Drove our content marketing strategy through SEO, dramatically lifting organic search results from low rankings to multiple positions on SERP one. Responsible for editing, updating and publishing on the website unlock.com, our YouTube and Instagram, as well as collaborating with the team on other channels. I maintained the content calendar and synced daily with our social media manager. To protect brand reputation, I did weekly wide-net searches to monitor placement and sentiment. As we started to develop brand voice, I wrote articles personally for the blog, and edited/published content created by other team members.

Responsible for oversight, direction and development of all company marketing and business development initiatives. Successes in this role:* Transitioned the firm from RFP response for governments and utilities, to a full B2B service provider. * Performed sales enablement and mapped the SaaS sales processes* Supported sales talent in kick-off meetings with potential clients* Created a brand style guide and martech stack from scratch* Invented a signature SaaS product targeted at the skilled trades, then participated in creation of the source code which led to a minimum viable product. I worked as a contractor/consultant for the firm. During this time I successfully assessed team readiness for creation of a signature SaaS product, identified new markets, and made suggestions for transitioning the business model to B2B. My recommendations resulted in promotion to Sr. Marketing and Business Development Manger.

I supported the design and creation of all department online courses, from start to finish. Touchpoints encompassed research to writing to video content and images/infographics used in them. We worked collaboratively with the Online Education department to update course material, tutorials for software, also identifying UX and UI issues as well. One notable success was creating a process which reduced the time it takes to update/rebuild an online course from four to five months - to three weeks. I managed the online curriculum map and ensured learning outcomes were consistent in onsite and online versions of courses. This role included approving all course updates and new builds or rebuilds of existing courses, including rubrics. In the SP17 semester we created a pilot program to track and measure online student persistence and retention. Working with Online Ed, we identified external tools for the LMS which could aid students in course success.
