With 22 years of work experience, I am a seasoned and skilled Cryptologic Technician at the US Navy. My core competencies include management, documentation, and Microsoft Office. My mission is to provide timely and accurate intelligence support to the Navy and its allies, and to protect the nation's security and interests. I am passionate about leading and developing teams of talented and diverse personnel, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.In my current role, I have led five different teams of 10+ personnel, overseeing their training, performance, and morale. I have also been responsible for the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of various cryptologic systems and equipment. I have received four Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals for my outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to duty. I have also participated in multiple global operations and deployments, earning the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
