Reversed the decline in Group’s profitability, which had decreased steadily year on year from 2011 to 2016. By the accounting year end, 31 March 2016 (FY16), operating profit (before exceptional/one-off items) totalled £950k. In the subsequent years this grew to £1.5m in FY17, £3.4m in FY18, £4.5m in FY19 and was closing in on c£6m in FY20.
