Customer Support Team Lead
Current- Lead the Support Team on a daily basis, coach & mentor support specialists to ensure quality delivery to the customer base. - Using continuous improvement to drive team performance and refine processes where necessary.- Act as an SME and point of escalation for existing support team members to help them resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues in our software, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective & consistent day-to-day support.- Liaise with other leads & principals within the Support department to establish open communication and a stable positive work environment.- Collaborate with various LeaseAccelerator teams to ensure that the overall product meets the customer and market expectations for a high-quality ELA application.
