I'm responsible for long term QA focus and initiatives. Working closely with architects and offshore Agile teams, to ensure the correct level of quality. This also included review, selecting and defining the methods, tools and processes to ensure the expected high quality in our products.As QA lead for UI & Frontend Services, I work close together with the QA leads in all Nets areas, in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Romania to ensure a common way of working, and understanding of the long-term goal within the QA & Test areas.My focus as QA lead is to make sure we move forward, always working on the most valued initiatives. From my start in TELMORE as Test QA chef, I have been part of implementing a professional Test QA department, with the introduction of QA processes and tools in order to ensure a high level of quality in all products launched in TELMORE. This has included work to ensure own Test environments, incl. pre-production environment, and have responsibility of defining the level of quality (DRE and other key indicators) for QA work.The QA department have the responsibility to test and verify deliveries from both internal and external suppliers. As Test QA chef I have been part of the ongoing review of suppliers to new billing platform at TELMORE. Ongoing have I been involved in ensuring the contacts with present and future suppliers, including outsourcing of DRIFT and SLA regarding existing and new suppliers.As Test QA chef I have responsibility for Test managers, Testers, Release Managers and ongoing monitoring of the production environment. This also include HR responsibilities as personal development, education, salary, QA sparring, etc.

Implementing a Test QA department with processes and govenance.Managed to build at Test QA dept, with 4 testers (2 fulltime and 2 part time).Started the QA department at MobilePeople as QA Manager, with the focus of introducing real quality assurance processes and governance. Worked close with our customers in relation to insure quality of all products delivered to customers and delivering QA reporting.Customers in UK and USA, demanded increased focus on quality in delivery, which demanded focus on KPI and QA key-numbers in all deliveries.I was the driving force in introducing test management tools and processes, and ensure that test environments was available for Test Managers and Testers. I was the manager for two full-time test managers and two part time testers, and planned both environments and resources in order to plan deliveries at the planned dates.I was also part of the management team with focus on BC and strategy implementation in MobilePeople.
