Previously in my position as Director of Customer Service Engineering for KUKA Robotics, I lead a team of Application Engineers, Technical Sales Support Engineers, Plant Support Engineers and Project Managers. Prior to my role at KUKA I was Vice President of Solutions and Support at Ricardo Software, responsible for a global technical and customer support team. Earlier in my career I was heavily focused on more traditional mechanical engineering roles, specializing in the design and analysis of powertrain assemblies and components, from project engineer to leading a global analysis team. I have successfully led an initiative upgrading corporate support software and support portal from an outdated in-house tool to a commercially available software, which improved customer experience, internal reporting, and tracking. This achieved a 95%+ customer satisfaction feedback for both technical and customer support, in addition to earning in January 2021 a perfect 100% CSAT score.
