Managed a period of continued growth & recognition for Privium Design & Construct with our project workbook expanding to 14+ projects, comprising 300+ dwellings with a market value of $130M+ across Qld, NSW & Victoria.Year on year division revenue growth of 250% in first year dedicated to business development.Delivered over 1200 townhomes in Qld, NSW & Vic during Privium tenure. Manage & work alongside French & Chadian Arabic speaking local Chadian contractors & tradesman to deliver acceptable outcomes for the end users.Coordination & execution of facility maintenance for 20,000m² NGO training and accommodation compound in N'Djamena.Various small projects in extremely remote areas (construction/maintenance).
