Future phases include a combination of luxury residential, medium-rise apartment towers, commercial precincts, tennis centre & associated infrastructure.Responsibilities:• Project management as an agent of the principal.• Detailed design, construction programming & cashflow.• Trade & supplier procurement & contract administration.

Managed a period of continued growth & recognition for Privium Design & Construct with our project workbook expanding to 14+ projects, comprising 300+ dwellings with a market value of $130M+ across Qld, NSW & Victoria.Year on year division revenue growth of 250% in first year dedicated to business development.Delivered over 1200 townhomes in Qld, NSW & Vic during Privium tenure. Current market valuation ranges from $540M-$900M depending on project location ($450k-$750k sale price per dwelling).

Leveraging Privium’s strengths in the low-rise residential development space, Privium Design & Construct offered parallel build-only construction services to external developers across Qld, NSW & Victoria.Responsibilities:• Business development.• Manage tender process for medium density projects ranging in size from boutique duplexes, to large townhouse developments (100+ dwellings).• Contractual negotiations & value managment as industry experts with respect to civil works, structural design & project specifications.• Contract administration through project delivery.• Liaise with technical consultants, certifiers & clients/client’s representatives on behalf of construction team to efficiently mitigate issues during project delivery.
