Through April of 2014, John was the Chief Operating Officer of Intrepid Aviation. Prior to joining Intrepid in June 2011, John was with CIT Aerospace for 11 years, most recently as Senior Vice President in charge of New Aircraft Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Technical Services. John began his career as an engineer with Boeing Commercial Aircraft, with assignments in Flight Test, Customer Training, Flight Crew Operations and Customer Engineering. He then moved to International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), where he was Assistant Vice President responsible for aircraft configuration and purchasing. John is a commercial pilot and holds a J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. He also serves on the Industry and Professional Advisory Council (IPAC) for the Penn State School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
