Formerly ranked #22 on Video Store Magazine’s Top 100 Largest Video Retail Chains. • Oversaw orderly closing of video stores over time along with clearance sales as the theatre expansion grew and video dropped. The last store held on until 2017 and cash flowed.• Added 17 movie theatre complexes with 154 total screens, ranking in the Top 30 Theatre Chains according to Box Office Magazine with attendance of 2.63 million in 2015, an increase of 11%.• Finalized a new vendor contract that increased annual on-screen advertising revenue from $180,000 to $700,000.• Interface with 200+ vendors, partners and suppliers, closing deals worth $500,000+ per agreement. Maintain signature authority for 400+ Accounts Payable accounts and Payroll.• Helped negotiate a $25 million fee agreement for a group of Minnesota theatre chains.• Negotiated discounted terms and agreements with landlords, healthcare, insurance providers, 401k management and vendors.• Headed initial website design initiative & 2 redesigns, brand refresh & digital menu boards.• Managed numerous other technology introductions, IT upgrade, VPN, VOIP, building/facilities, POS system, security and managed services projects.• Launched company Facebook pages and expanded to 30,000 followers.
