Sub-contract for a local printer cartridge manufacturer along with seven printer cartridge resellers in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Recently became a subcontractor for Barrister Global Services Network. Provide IT and Data Management services for a small law firm located; I provide on-site PC setup and support along with PC configuration and custom software load management.

Conducted weekly staff meetings, developed in-house training and testing program, and managed 400K of inventory.

Managed four computer configuration labs. Developed departmental Quality Assure procedures for ISO 9002. Managed highly confidential customer PC configuration application and data loads; Data Card and Service Master. Designed custom configuration and QC procedure for the Sears IBM 325 Nation wide server rollout.
