Responsible for people analytics, strategy execution, and workforce planning.➪ Transformed Ericsson’s North America People Analytics team working solely with Excel reports to a completely automated Power BI services infrastructure with an app for self-service. The team created over 30 reporting suites across all areas—People Operations, Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards leveraging data wrangling tools (Alteryx and SQL).➪ Converted HR operating model to systemic by implementing Agile for People, a lightweight version of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) that helps People Teams generate value through an iterative process to create adaptive products for complex problems.➪ Innovated strategy execution for the people function by combining Employee Experience and Design Thinking. with the OKR goal management system. Started with mapping the employee journey and identifying moments that matter by interviewing 20+ employees across multiple personas. Completed 8 out of 11 Key Results focused on attracting top talent, creating a feeling of belonging, and empowering employees to learn and grow.
