I have a 100% delivery track record specialising in Microsoft Environments, delivering up to 5 simultaneous projects on time and budget, using in-house, contracted, on-shore and off-shore resources and have trained others to achieve the same results. I developed the delivery strategy for Australia-wide project implementations (and several international projects), including implementing multiple 24x7 Critical Cloud Based servers and Cloud based Telstra infrastructure within my last role. I have consistently achieved cost and effort reductions by up-skilling staff, using strong vendor negotiation skills and utilising the appropriate resources to achieve the most efficient outcome.
