To ensure a smooth running IT department, whilst maintaining and improving client response times, growing the business via sales activities and providing senior technical escalation point services. Acted as the escalation point for any client complaints or invoice queries. Manage a team of 5 staff members whilst providing one on one meetings, coaching, feedback and growth via delegation. Met solo with business owners to discuss sales, technical issues and provide general updates on their support contracts. Generate new sales by introducing new technology and upgrades via a business led model to existing and new clientele. Ensure on time, on budget project deliverables and work with 3rd party vendors to constantly negotiate better pricing thus increasing profitability.

Maintain all computer, network and server equipment for multiple sites, whilst ensuring maximum up-time of computing resources. Liaise with all department heads on future planning of IT budget spend. Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment. Roll out new infrastructure and projects with minimal downtime.
