I was a key member of a major business transformation of Rogers First Rewards Loyalty System completing a handful of major releases interfacing Loyalty to a shared enterprise platform with common enterpise processes and data to reduce costs, increase capabilities, and extend market share with the reward loyalty system. As the Senior Application Architect/Administrator I played a critical part in Loblaw IT project delivery model, working as the orchestrator of major development initiatives that combined near-shore resources from SAP, Siemens, IBM, Oracle, Cognizant, Capgemini, MetaCommunication, LYFT Visual, Loki Systems, and Accenture as well as offshore development staff.
