Daily testing of the network platform website, confirming functionality of account management and payment processing, writing up clear and concise bugs via JIRA and Rally software, and regressing issues as they are resolved. Perform black box testing of the AAA MMORPG “RIFT”, running daily build verification tests, writing up bugs within the JIRA bug tracking database, and regressing issues as they were fixed in subsequent builds. As a result of my bug writing skills, I was brought over to the fledgling Network Platform QA team, where I tested and reported issues for our in-house created Customer Service and Beta Administration tools, QAed outgoing emails, tested Trion’s existing websites, and through QA, helped the launch of a successful subscription based platform within four months, in time for RIFT’s launch.

In this role, I had to digitize and make documentation available online for current and future missions to reference, take inventory of residual flight parts that will be used to cut costs on the future LADEE mission, work toward closing out more than 1200 work order authorizations for the Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument that is currently on the Mars Curiosity Rover, work with parts engineers and designers to make sure necessary stock has been ordered and will be available on time for test and flight builds, prepare part kits for shipment to those who build the flight hardware, and track and make available scheduling information for the upcoming LADEE and MAVEN missions.

As an intern here, I had to process all Commencement DVD orders from burning the discs to packaging and shipment, logged and captured footage, prepared head-shots for compositing, worked as the Producer on multiple Comcast Pet Adoption shoots, performed PA duties on a Washington Mystics sponsor shoot and various Comcast shoots (including “Best of the City”, “Battle of the Bands”, and “Dating on Demand”), and filled in as Assistant Director for “The Gary Williams Show” (Episode 7).

This was a four day reality show shoot around the Bethesda, MD area for the series Giuliana and Bill. My duties included driving crew members to scheduled shoot locations, picking up equipment and supplies, assisting with setting up lighting rigs, and driving the camera vehicle, which followed the picture car.
