CurrentAt this medical products, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and services company, I perform facilities management for more than eight buildings including management of building systems, facilities personnel, and facilities equipment. Company operations consist of medical consumable product sales, manufacturing, warehousing, administrative, lab operations, pharmaceutical refrigerated storage & distribution, and employs up to 400 people. My facilities management responsibilities include:Overall campus facilities management operations.Manage facility maintenance technicians and cargo operations.Customer requests, building & custodial maintenance, event set-up.Also perform as a skilled hands-on field tradesman.Equipment integration and maintenance of integral building systems.HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire, plumbing, roofing, carpentry.Energy management controls design and aggressive implementation.Lighting upgrades including occupancy sensors, timers, and conversion to LED. Back up power systems design and management to protect critical equipment.Pharmaceutical refrigeration systems design, operations, and management.Pharmaceutical storage temperature data monitoring & recording systems.Pharmaceutical/Lab documentation including SOP, critical system work instructions, audits. Fiscal budgeting for eight facilities and personnel ($2,000,000). Capital improvement budgets.Operations reports.Safety Committee Member.
