I’m strong knowledge of Business develop strategies, Control finance budget/ cost saving, Problem solving and making decision, Project management, Performance management.- Take full responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in operation team to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower, materials, equipment and space to ensure company goals are achieved in terms of reliability, quality, cost control, housekeeping and safety.- Have good experience to build up and set up new factory, New line, Workshop, office..- Knowledge for management system in TPM, TQM, TOP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma , Value stream Mapping, Visual Management, Kaizen activities, JIT, 7 QC tools & QC circle.- Good collect data and analysis skills by using management tools in operational, 5 whys, Brainstorm, PDCA, ECRS, SMED, FMEA, PM in process to improve productivity and quality.- Well driving in implement high standards of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).- Have more experience of Lead auditor of ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007, HACCP, ISO/TS 16949.- Strong leadership skills, Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team- based organization.- Set up KPIs, BSC for department and individual. Systematic tracking and use of KPIs to promote improved operational and business results .- Developing good relationship with local authorities to settle issues which related to projects be compliant with law.- Developing good relationship and communication with customers and suppliers to solve issues relating to company. - Control and ensure the target of DIFOT. Besides, Implement and develop QMS to standardize all facilities.- Knowledge for financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
