Prime Responsibilities & Duties :>Review existing policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvement>Assist in the development of new HSSE policies and procedures to meet Project and overall.>Participate in incident investigation and root cause analysis processes, and prepare required report(s)>Assist employees and crews in the planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation of risk for the Project>Engage in the HSSE Training process for the Project>Communicate effectively and regularly with employees and supervision Provide injury care for employees>Support the needs of the Project HSSE Department.>Monitored operations to ensure compliance with industrial and regulatory Tanzania safety standards.In other way my duties as a Compliance/HSSE Officer works devided in two levels in the organisation:-Level 1: compliance with the external rules that are imposed upon an organization as a wholeLevel 2: compliance with internal systems of control that are imposed to achieve compliance with the externally imposed rules.

>- Responsible for all phases of operations (SOP): receiving, weighing, storage, stuffing, sampling, draft survey and reporting (Loading & Offloading) >Managing jobs by instructs Site supervisors what we supposed to do in the certain jobs appointed (On behalf of Client).>Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.>Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.>Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.>Helping develop reports and analysis.>Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.>Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.>Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

dealing with information flow,transport,physical distribution, marketing,Supply chain ( imports & exports)Oversee the time delivery of goods. Maintain delivery schedules and truck schedules to ensure deliveries are met. Update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers. Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues. Analyze delivery costs and recommended more cost effective methods of transportation. Handle customer complaints, and investigate delivery issues LIKE damaged products and late or lost deliveries. Coordinating warehouse on the storage, Support management team to supervise transportation personnel. Ensure compliance to all security as well as operational procedures.
