Responsible for providing conscious and accountable leadership to my Line of Product Team (LOP), Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer (ME), Demand Analyst (DA), and direct workforce, ensuring organizational effectiveness by way of continuous improvements and the rigorous use of Conscious Company and Tuthill Business Systems (lean) tools and processes. Manage Line of Product (LOP) financials to align with expectations of the company and Policy Deployment targets. This includes all direct and indirect costs as well as capital expenditures and investments made for the Line of Product (LOP). Support the creation and implementation of Standard Work in relation to the Real Time Problem Solving ability of the team. Instill discipline and a sense of urgency for real time problem resolution to identify and eliminate problems so they never happen again.

Responsible for coordinating the activities of employees engaged in the production of fluid related products (ie; pumps, meters, etc.)Maintain hour by hour production charts and facilitate real time problem solving in the area of non-conformance.Communicate and audit to house safety standards and assure that they are adhered to.Update Standard Work as needed and audit performance to standard work and take action as necessary to correct discrepancies.Facilitate and lead continuous activities on a daily basis within the line of Product.Coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineer the purchase of equipment and supplies pertaining to the Line of Product manufacturing needs.Coordinate with the Demand Analyst to ensure inventory targets for the line of Product are being achieved.Ensure activities of all employees are aligned to the department's Policy Deployment goals.Develop and maintain relationships with all personnel to create an environment for sustainable success.
