• Responsible for Full Recruiting Process includes sourcing, screening, Rate Negotiation and Client placement. • Managing a people of 2 Members in a Team.• Leverages online recruiting resources like Dice, Monster, the Ladders, Social Networks to identify and recruit qualified candidates.• Identify and recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities.• Extensive experience with Tax terms C2C, W2 and 1099• Interviewing the candidates regarding their experience, technical skills, communications skills, availability and Salary negotiations• Well Versed with the Technologies.• Take a process improvement approach to document/work flow• Maintains accurate and organised documentation on all recruiting activities.

> Responsible for sourcing and accurately qualifying candidates for market need from various job Boards to ensure that Business Development Manager’s and Vendor's and clients expectations are satisfied. -> Perform in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, etc.)-> Good Knowledge in sourcing portals like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, LinkedIn.-> Good experience in Recruiting H1B Consultants, Green card Holders, EAD, TN, OPT and US Citizens for Direct Client Requirements & Tier 1 Vendor Requirements.-> Conducting professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.-> Responsible, loyal, reliable, and independent worker with high level of enthusiasm and creativity.-> Maintaining very good rapport and courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships and also to make them very comfortable working with the company.
