As the managing director I am in charge of developing new business for the Flexpay Technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction, employing and retaining workers and briefing the board of directors on the development of the firm. It is my job to win and maintains new customers, as well as create a conducive working environment for all employees within the firm.

As the managing director Johnson is responsible for handling Waste to Energy product development in the company. Ben and Johnson Limited is a renewable energy company that manufactures high quality briquettes. The company’s product is unique because it utilities waste streams and adds value to a product that otherwise has no value or even has a disposal cost. Briquettes offer various product characteristics superior to the widely used charcoal.
