In Nexusguard, I was in charge of IDC management and virtualization system management(VMware, KVM, Xenserver), DB management, Storage management, and IMPVEA WAF management and providing level 3 technical support to the system operation team, assist with design reviews of new solutions/technologies being deployed, and hands on configuring and troubleshooting operational, project related activities.

In Trend Micro Incorporated, I was in charge of the cases as followed:The design of environmental structures(the design of system’s load balance, the design of high availability, backup design, DB design, the design of the monitor systems), The implantation of environmental installations(development environment, QA environment, UAT environment, production environment and the buildup of the SOP), Environmental tests (Stress tests, function tests, Integration tests), The system go-live procedures, And also the maintenance of the system and DB, troubleshooting of the system break down, and extension planning of the system(hardware, software).
