I have about 13 years experience in Oil and Gas production with expertise in Well flow management, Production Engineering, Laboratory/ Production Chemistry. Experienced in wellhead operations from reservoir to surface controls. Production systems/procedures, three phase oil and gas separation and control room operations using PCS 7, well test, statutory MER test, water/ gas injection, wireline operations, process safety management systems, QA/QC. I have a good understanding of the different operating philosophies in the industry, such as Production philosophy, health and safety philosophy, emergency response philosophy, etc. I also understand the production pillars of Sustainability, Improvement, Optimisation, Recovery, and Enhancement.I have participated in flawless plant start up and shut down operations as well as annual plant maintenance operation.  I have good understanding of environmental management systems, COSHH, Risk assessment, permit to work system and other relevant legislations.I practice transformational leadership with good communication skills.
