Leadership of £1M service management transformation programme to deliver a first of type IT Service Management solution ServiceNow within a complex secure environment as part of the client’s digital transformation programme. Led the transition of Client, Service Desk, Support and Delivery Teams from legacy systems and onboarding to one overall technology platform for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Reporting and migration of knowledge content. Migration of asset data and configuration of the CMDB, implementation of discovery-based tooling, event monitoring and auto ticketing.

Assigned to multiple client facing projects adding value and experience to several account P&Ls working across regions and industries. Managing expectations of all project stakeholders, coaching junior project managers and reporting on all stages of the project lifecycle including the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.Gathering business requirements, project proposal creation and documentation. Managing project risks and issues, client and third-party dependencies from project initiation and project planning, mobilisation, execution, handover to business as usual operations and project closure taking into consideration SLAs and any specific requirements for delivery in the complex secure environment or interaction with global, offshore and nearshore teams. Management of technical specialists and third parties to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver a variety of technology complex projects ranging from digital transformation to infrastructure regeneration and service transition, managing project budgets, project revenue and costs and tracking actuals against the project budget.
