Coordinating with Ground operators, hotels and vendors; Customer Relations, Designing and making customised Holiday Packages both domestic and international (outbond), negotiating with hotels, Tour Leading, Training Freshers/Trainees, Sales, Operations and Costing, Coordinating with Travel agents and Tour operators.

Principal is fully responsible for the affairs of the school. It includes Staff management (HR), Curriculum planning and implementation, Coordinating with Education department officials, Coordinating with Income Tax office and PFO, Management and staff coordination, financial supervision, student management and target achievement. Also one should be aware of the provisions of Labour Law to be the head of the school. It requires high diplomatic wit to deal with the parents from different walks of life. During the six years of my service here, I was really very effective.
