• Provide professional phone technical support to our customers. • Resolving technical issues to our customer’s satisfaction. • Must be able to address potentially negative customer product issues in a professional and positive manner with the end result being customer satisfaction. • Demonstrated skills in problem solving of complex mechanical and electrical systems. • Ability to use tools and instrumentation to conduct field product testing. • Knowledge of vehicle accessories and subsystems installation. • Must be able to facilitate plan of action to resolve customer issues. • Willingness to travel to customer locations to gather data, perform basic technical training, and trouble shooting. • Demonstrated ability to develop basic training materials and conduct training classes. • Ability to create detailed test and trip reports. • Exhibit willingness for additional training and education. • Minimum of Five (5) years experience in a technical service or field support. • Demonstrated ability to operate computer software systems such as MS Office, JBA, and SAP Software. • Must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. • Capable of reading technical drawings, technical manuals, and interpretation of technical data. • Experience with Golf cars, recreation vehicles, industrial vehicles or similar vehicles would also be a plus. • Possess a hands on Mechanical Aptitude, Good Problem Solving, Be a proven “self starter.”• Conduct his or her self in a professional manner in all activities, Action Oriented, Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Functional/Technical Skills, Integrity and Trust, Learning on the Fly, Listening, Problem Solving, Technical Learning
