While working many years in the IT field, I have been effective in not only meeting the demands of computer users, but also the challenges of being, a computer operator, help desk support, inventory clerk, trainer, PC Tech, security, IT Security Analyst and now working as an Identity Management Analyst in a large ever evolving computer network system. As a Technical Support Analyst, I am responsible for PC systems, their software, connectivity, and all peripherals. (Currently we support Windows XP and MS Office with Outlook as our e-mail client) In addition to desktop devices I am experienced in hardware and software support of scanners, laptops, tablets, PDAs, smart-phones, cameras, printers etc. As an Identity Management Analyst I am responsible for provisioning our users via role based security database system. I am a firm believer in providing good customer service. I feel documentation is very important and have developed comprehensive documentation for several software programs and processes posting the documentation to our Intranet server.
