• Simultaneously managed several power plant refurbishment projects, project teams, import/export operations, contractor claims & overall project quality.• Performed vendor bid analysis, contract negotiation & administration in collaboration with procurement & legal departments.• Initiated high ROI projects in collaboration with power generation and investment planning business units.Major projects managed include:• Rehabilitation of Logbaba heavy fuel oil thermal plant aimed at reducing production costs.• Renovation of Songloulou 400MW hydroplant control-command system of power transformers aimed at increasing plant availability & eliminating the risk of fatal accidents.• Transfer & installation of 20MW thermal generation units in the North of Cameroon to mitigate an energy crisis in this region.Cameroon.• Rehabilitation of Edea II hydropower plant aimed at increasing power plant availability, reducing unserved energy by & increasing annual revenue potential.

• Devised strategies for reduction of non-technical losses and financial losses in power distribution system & improvement of overall commercial performance.• Managed and trained a team of over 20 technicians.
