I collaborate closely with over 10 managers to drive key initiatives and handle various HR functions, including performance management, employee development plans, and recruitment processes.I am proficient in using biometrics software for attendance and leave monitoring and manage employee databases through Spine HR software.My expertise extends to handling appraisals, insurance policies, and full and final settlements, as well as coordinating medical insurance claims.In addition, I oversee employee inductions and lead development sessions.
