I collaborate closely with over 10 managers to drive key initiatives and handle various HR functions, including performance management, employee development plans, and recruitment processes.I am proficient in using biometrics software for attendance and leave monitoring and manage employee databases through Spine HR software.My expertise extends to handling appraisals, insurance policies, and full and final settlements, as well as coordinating medical insurance claims.In addition, I oversee employee inductions and lead development sessions. I also draft reward programs and contribute to policy development. As a member of the POSH committee, I conduct quarterly meetings and regular sessions to address and prevent workplace issues.My role includes handling employee queries, onboarding, and maintaining comprehensive records in an MIS database. I also manage internal transfers, PMS performance improvement programs, and exit interviews, ensuring smooth transitions and resolution of grievances.
