Distribution and Receiving Manager for Vanns and Big Sky Country.com

Directed a 20-30 member team to develop a highly efficient receiving and distribution team for Vann’s, Vanns.com and Big sky country.com. Oversaw dispatching, routing, tracking and shipping activities to ensure safe, prompt, and accurate delivery of product to our online customers , Montana store locations and the in home deliveries of Vann’s products to our Missoula and Hamilton MT customers. Created the training and coached the staff on the receiving and distribution of our Big Sky Country.com business. Created a return program for Big Sky Country which would identify weather the item could be resold, RTV back to the Vendor, or sold on our Ebay site as used product. In February 2007 I received my Montana Real Estate License and joined a Missoula company Coldwell Banker. I was honored in December 2007 as the rookie of the year for Coldwell Banker in the state of Montana. I continued this trend and in August and November of 2008 I was recognized as the top Scott JohnsonPage 2producing agent for our company in those months. In May 2009 Coldwell Banker closed and I joined Prudential in Missoula and continued to sell real estate at a lower rate due to my expanding role with Vann’s and Big Sky Country. I am currently still licensed to sell Real Estate in the state of Montana.

In March of 1995 I open a restaurant named Wagon Wheel Pizza in my home town Florence MT.I was the managing member employed and scheduled up to 35 employees weekly. Over our 13 years we had employed and trained over 300 young kids and helped them start there working careers. My main responsibilities were cost control of food, labor, and overhead. Built relationships with vendors to ensure quality products and pricing to create a positive customer experience and to be able to keep our food costs with those products at 25-28%. I created and implemented the business plan that allowed me to own and run a restaurant for 13 years before the sale in October of 2007.
