Manage operations of two plants in China, including safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.

1. Devlop long-range and short term operations strategy for division,lead the all operation management team of six plants (five located in China, one located in US).2. Ensure effectiveness of safety, supply chain,production and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to ensure high quality yields. 3. Promoting an organizational culture of continuous improvement by championing the use of lean manufacturing principles and tools.4. Develop people and organization capability to support Division business growth .5. Improve profitability of Division through recommendation and management of operations and cost improvements.6. Interface closely with Sales/distribution team, R&D team to understand.7. Develop, stramline and implement the all plants manufacturing related policies and procedures.

1. Strategic planning and execution on business improvements, Lean operational excellence, improve productivity and enhance profitability through continued improvements2. Responsible for company's Lean improvement, leading company Lean initiatives (Lean Phased approaches), and achieving Lean annual targets on production efficiency improvement (including Quick & Easy Kaizen, Gemba Walk, TPM, VSM, KANBAN, etc. tools)3. Support & lead production upgrade, re-layout, and expand production lines, according to Lean transformation. 4. Improve production efficiency and capacity to meet the future growth requirements5. Develop & support innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness enhancements, provide company-wide consulting on initiatives and procedures6.Drives the weekly Kaizen events plan. Initiates and implements Lean Projects. Trains and coaches the plant management and personnel on Lean.7. Drives daily operation management, such as “ Safety, Quality,Delivery, ITO, Productivity, EES”.
