• Evaluating every NPI stage SMT test stations equipment needs as well as driving fixtures output from other third party vendors and test instruments loaning if necessary, to bring up all test stations required by client’s test flow. • Reviewing PCB Gerber with engineering EE and testing fixtures teams to list out every potential testing risks and problems prior to the next stage and build. • Managing NPI SMT test line to guarantee 99.5% output and summarizing all test issues from EE, SW and RF to clients daily with effectiveness and efficiency.• Bridging multiple engineering teams and operation SMA team to troubleshoot and improve product yield rate and retest rate to meet customer’s demand. • Daily yield and issues presentation based upon test data to clients to ensure to reach the requested target at early stage of development. • Assisting clients with all necessary resources to perform a variety of DoEs needed for data collection and product quality improvement.*Product delivered: iPad Mini 1-3, iPhone 5c, iWatch demonstrator.
