 Coordinate with other Tesla teams to ensure the timely build-out and implementation of Tesla’s Gigafactory. Work with contractors, suppliers, landlords and government agencies as required to support the facility in a sustaining role. Work on a variety of projects associated with the development of new processes and process improvements within the factory. Develop cost estimates, resource and planning schedules, and obtain approval. Prepare project timing plans based on the required implementation schedule of new processes and operations. Prepare project bid specifications for contractor/equipment requirements. Initiate purchase orders. Work within the project teams, ensuring the timely review of project execution plans and schedules to achieve project milestones. Maintain timely awareness of project cost and planning performance against budget and schedule; analyze potential changes; recommend corrective actions. Review contractors' schedule reports and recommend corrective action where necessary. Prepare regular and timely progress reports, detailing progress against plans and budgets for circulation to management. Ultimately take responsibility for ongoing maintenance of the facility post-development, ensuring on-going functionality and efficiency of equipment and buildings. Responsible for the set up and ongoing functioning of facility support functions, including (as appropriate) Tesla direct employees and contract services used to support onsite functions.

- Work as client representative to perform engineering, procurement and construction management work for CRDC Wuxi Phase I and Phase II Project including but not limited to safety, quality, program, cost control and authority acceptance & approval etc.- Responsible for LEED certification. - Responsible for operation and maintenance for all facility utilities including HVAC system, Electrical supply, Plumbing system, Fire Protection System, Steam Supply System etc.- Responsible for BMS (Building Management System) operation, maintenance and improvement.- Prepare and Implement facility maintenance files like SOP, PMP, Special Equipment Accounting, and Emergency Plan etc.Responsible for facility security system (including CCTV and Card Access/Badge System etc.). Prepare and implement security control plan.- Prepare and Implement company ERP (Emergency Response Plan).

- Performs engineering, procurement and construction management work including but not limited to safety, quality, program, cost control and authority acceptance & approval etc.- Ensure that the detail design satisfies the Client’s expectations.- Provides leadership & resources to the project to ensure overall success (in terms of EHS, QA, budget, time, etc) of the project.- Prepares & implement the Project Plans for procurement, construction, quality and T&C procedures.- Prepares & implements the project specific EHS Plan. - Administers the head contract accordingly such as claiming for variations, EOTs, etc.- Develop, monitor and update the Contract and Target Schedules (from detail design, through delivery, including T&C and up to PC).- Manages the procurement cycle including preparation of bid packages, preparation & review of scopes of works, tendering, and tender bidding and analysis. Makes recommendations to the client (& Ops manager) for award of tenders, including submission of all relevant information.- Establishes project cost report and is responsible for and controlling construction and preliminaries costs on the project.- Responsible for preparing the project monthly reports on key issues on the project, including site status, procurement, contract administration etc and chair the project monthly review meeting.- Identify any project EHS issues, rectifying them & reporting them.

- Overview and implement management systems & controls to ensure that the detail design, construction and project management of the project satisfies client's requirements and China/local regulations. Accountable to Gold Hawk for safety, budgets, efficiencies, work schedule, work method statement, quality.- Work as representative to the contractor for all communication and coordination between client, Management Company, Site Supervision Company, other subcontractor and local authorities.- Involve with progressive payment including calculation of bill of quantity, payment application and tracing of the payment.

- Responsible for purchasing locally and abroad of all gauging equipment including but not limited to negotiation, liaison with suppliers for technical issues, quotation and maintenance etc.- Assist General Manager to overview and implement management systems & controls to ensure that gage management satisfies client's requirements.- Run a database programmed by MS-Access for gage management and create relevant reports that client wants like gage list for periodical certification and R&R test etc.
