• E2E responsible for platform from NPI to MP, including plan, prototype, PT, ST, X-build, ramp and MP, report to Sr. manager• Focus on LCD/TP NPRR/NUDD review in NPI and excursion mgmt. in NPI• Focus on MECH Phase gate execution, including safe launch report, AQP, PPAP, etc.• Manage ODM and key supplier to drive the metrics to meet goal, like RTY, LRR and FRR.• Involving annual mechanical strategy development and implementation.• Hold weekly/monthly/QBR review meeting with focused supplier and Dell executive level.• Drive supplier to conduct CIP/six sigma/lean w/ statistic tool implementation• Conduct supplier QPA/QSA/STSM audit

• Overall critical commodity (CM) quality DRI (Direct responsible individual) for Apple mini-pad, report to SQE manager.• Establish CM section KPI (IQC LRR/FATP DPPM/Radar close rate) and goal, also achieve those goals.• Set-up proper organization, define R&R and maintain routine operation.• Responsible for NPI and MP material quality performance/CLCA, sync-up with customer on trouble-shooting.• Report to customer about supplier quality performance weekly and monthly.• Communicate with Apple PQM, TPM and SQE.

• Focus on incoming quality for stamping, auto assembly, electronically assembly, cold forge and plastic molding, report to QA manager.• Re-establish SQM, define section KPI and goal.• Recruit, training, qualify/disqualify SQM staff (SQE+IQC).• Following the requirement of Dell STSM, construct SQM framework, including NPI and MP work model.• Manage subcontractor (process: power coating, electroplating, electrophoresis, anodizing, heat treatment, bonderising, machining, cleaning, shock abrasion), purchase part and raw material(plate, coil, tube and resin) quality, qualify/disqualify, assess supplier, and perform quarterly and annual quality review, and award quality prize to supplier.• Complete customer (Dell, Juniper, Cisco, Magna, Autolive and Kruppa) audit and TS16949 audit.

• Handle ME (stamping, die casting, forge, molding, insert molding, double injection, anodizing, and painting) and EE material abnormality occurred in incoming and Mfg.• Training IQC, regulate SIP/SOP.• CLCA for material quality improvement, CIP/Lean/Six sigma.• Supplier selection, audit, support and assessment, and lead perform supplier QPA, QSA and GP audit, and QBR.• In NPI stage, complete 5M checklist, risk assessment (NUDD) and deliverables for each phase, Review supplier tooling plan, safe launch report, FAI and PFMEA.• Review supplier process performance weekly and monthly, including CPK, SPC, SQRC, etc.
