Attend design technical meeting. Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and main contractor. Manage and coordinate with architect, consultant and main contractor on design, shop drawing development and deliverable in order to ensure adherence to the construction program.Manage and coordinate information on design changes in order to achieve the construction program within the budget. Project consists of glass skylight, metal roof, steel tree structure, cable tension truss glass wall and canopies.• Capitol, Singapore – A mix developed high-end residential and commercial project located at heart of Singapore CBD area. The project was designed by world famous US Architect Richard Meier & Partners. Project consist of residential tower, retail podium and conservation buildings. Façade works include unitized and stick system curtain walls, shop front, skylight, tension truss system supported glass canopy & etc.• Shenton Way 76 Condominium, Singapore – Project consist of 42 storey luxury condominium tower and retail podium which include following façade system: unitized curtain walls, window wall, shop front, louver, canopy and etc.

Orchard Gateway, Singapore – Worked together with world famous Japanese architect Tange Associates for this project which consist of 20-storey hotel, 12-storey office, 10-storey podium and a glass tube link bridge cross over Orchard Road.Central Embassy, Bangkok – 37-storey hotel and 7-storey shopping mall. The facade of the building is composed of a dynamic and fluid three-dimensional array of aluminum shingles. The project was designed by UK Architect Amanda Levete Architects.The Reflections, Singapore – Project consist of 6 blocks of 24 to 41-storey cured towers with complex geometries, 11 blocks of 6 to 8-storey villas.

Develop architect design intent into working drawings according to performance specifications, engineer calculations, tender requirements and contract scope. Attend technical meeting, liaise with architects, main contractor and sub-contractor on technical aspect. Check material “take-off” for all materials required for the project.
