• Update and manage weekly online creative rotation documents for internal use and client distribution • Act as digital trafficking liaison between our media company, our clients & all internal account teams • Traffic all digital campaign work for AT&T and all broadcast creative for U-verse• Work with Research to tag naming conventions of creative, and help analyze campaigns for reporting purposes• Promote specific campaigns using social media sites, such as Twitter• Manage broadcast media, commercial rotations and the distribution of all AT&T Wired traffic• Responsible for updating and providing AT&T and MEC historical creative rotation reports that indicate what creative has aired for each local market• Ensure that messaging and price points remain updated in each market for BBDO and all other partnering agencies• Coordinate with stations daily to confirm each entity is using correct billboard copy and logos for added value opportunities

• Work with MEC to coordinate all spec delivery & creative changes.• Filter all updated media plan updates & spec details to team account teams & producers• Scheduling and trafficking of all digital media and making necessary changes to traffic documents as media plans change• Work with research and Nielsen IAG to ensure proper coding for campaign analysis and testing.• Create kick-off packages for Nielsen when new creative is trafficked/campaigns are launched• Update and distribute online display mobility messaging charts to research analysts and AT&T clients• Work with account teams to maintain and update Online Creative Rotation documents for distribution internally, MEC, Clients and partner agencies• Liaison with BBDO research team, providing historical messaging information and notification when new creative has been trafficked

• Experience with a variety of research techniques such as focus groups, web-based surveys, in-store consumer behavior research, in-depth interviews, and more• Code open-end responses for online surveys• Use SEO to attract clients and consumers to the company website• Assist senior managers with preparation of presentations• Design and build journals for specific projects• Analyze consumer insights using qualitative and quantitative methods through Excel spreadsheets, video and audio clips, and journal (physical and online) entries
