Line managed a large, diverse team to address gaps in stakeholder performance and outcomes following the COVID pandemic, including auditing needs, action planning, implementing interventions, performance management and data analysis to evidence impact.Devised, led and evaluated a 9-month tailored programme of staff training and development (informed by research and best practice models) in line with organisational goals and priorities. This resulted in greater productivity of staff and increased stakeholder outcomes across the organisation.Coached middle and senior leaders (many new to role) to develop their team and raise performance assigning project tasks based on skill set, experiences and strengths of staff members.Led and line-managed subject leads to redesign the curriculum to reflect changing client needs and government initiatives. This resulted in a more adaptive, coherent curriculum with clear progress indicators. Delivered presentations, workshops and training activities, in different formats, to a range of stakeholder audiences, varying content and delivery style to meet audience needs.

Worked alongside leaders and fellow consultants on improvement planning and initiatives, addressing issues raised during organisational reviews and audits - resulting in improved stakeholder performance and organisational outcomes.Worked as a subject matter expert to research, design and create accessible online planning and curriculum resources which were then used across primary academies in the federation.Collaborated with other subject matter experts to evaluate the success and impact of curriculum content and delivery and made necessary adjustments to reflect stakeholder feedback

Successfully researched and led initiatives to address underachievement in reading, including staff training, monitoring, resource allocation and data analysis. This led to increased staff knowledge and confidence in the teaching of reading, more accurate staff deployment and an increase in student outcomes of over 20%. Designed, delivered and evaluated bespoke onboarding training programme for new starters across 7 schools in the Trust.Implemented new policies to the organisation’s monitoring and assessment cycle , resulting in a more consistent approach to stakeholder feedback and reduced staff workload. Worked as part of the Senior Leadership Team which took David Livingstone Academy from Requires Improvement to an Outstanding OfSTED grade.
