Job responsibilities:• Full Cycle Recruitment (Malaysia & Singapore) & Acting Team Lead• Work with hiring managers in Singapore and Malaysia to assist in filling open positions and projects. Job requirement gathering and quotation for tender projects.• Manage junior executive to senior executive positions.• Meeting quarterly target and placements across a variety of IT related jobs.• Single point of contact for Singapore and Malaysia consultants in regards to HR and Accounts Issues.• Assist in the position descriptions, advertisements, conditions of employment, offer letter and other recruitment related documentation• Source, posting and pre-screen candidates from internal Database, Job Portal (jobstreet, Monster, JobsDB, Forum and linkedin)• Prepare daily report• Manage the candidate’s interview and assessment process.• Organise and coordinate interviews between candidates, managers and clients• Conducting telephone interviews and reference checks.• Manage the selection process of new employees and the candidate life cycle.• Manage complex offer, negotiation discussions with out of box solution.• Recruit candidates from India, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan and other countries for Singapore, Malaysia offices and Europe (Java developer, .Net Developer, Software/Electrical engineer, SAP Consultant, Helpdesk L2/L3, DBA, Oracle Consultant and etc)• Assist candidates in EP application, medical checkup, housing and adapt to Singapore and Malaysia work culture.• Support recruiters in India for Singapore and Malaysia operation.• Maintain a good relationship with all consultants and candidates for retaining and referencesAchievementsAppraisal from Customer on job well doneSuccessfully placed 20 Technical Support Engineers L2 in Shell IT Malaysia within 2 months period.

1 Prospecting new clients through telemarketing.2 Oversee full cycle of employee search to placement - sourcing, screening, interviewing. from entry level, mid-level to manager.3 Proactively seek and participate in networking opportunities and constantly expand the network of clients and candidates4 Develop strong relationships with customers (local and overseas) to understand their business and resulting recruitment needs within the context of their mission, goals, operations and culture.5 Interview and present highly qualified candidates to customers.6 Advise on interviewing, selection, offer negotiation between candidates and customers to achieve a win-win situation.7 To represent, protect and maintain our clients and candidates interests 8 Constantly follow up with clients and successful candidates to ensure both parties are satisfied with the hiring and employment.9 Update clients and candidates on external marketplace and industry trends.10 Knowledge of WP and EP online application.11 Placements across a variety of different domain.12 Implementation of Auto Online Recruitment System13 High interview ratio
