This includes all the system level aspects of solution ranging from requirement collection, working with the EE, Mechanical, Power, Thermal, firmware teams (BIOS/BMC) to negotiate and develop an ‘interoperable’ solution to meet the customer needs. Led the Voice Quality/Data transmission data collection automation efforts in the wireless startup company.

Led the cross-functional team responsible for validating the Xeon E7 V3 Platform (supports up to 8 processors) that includes silicon components and external interconnects to support the product internal qualification and subsequent platform launch.Built and managed a technical team of engineers that delivered the first 22nm Xeon E7 V2 server platform, on schedule. This product introduced major technologies into the server market (E.g.: PCI Express Gen3, DDR3 server memory, and processor integrated IO technology).Led, defined, implemented, and executed plans for fully validating silicon components at a system level for 6 generation of Intel server and workstation platforms. Summarized and communicated the recommendation with supporting data to the management for making product launch decisions.

Designed, implemented and executed the validation of the integrated product data management (PDM product) and CAD products by Structural Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC) that are deployed by industry leaders in aerospace and automotive domains. SDRC was later acquired by Siemens.

Delivered an “Office Automation Utility” package for maintaining the records of the client information data. Oversaw design, code, and test of search engine and report parts, and tested using SCO UNIX shell script and AWK Utility. Collaborated with the 4 member team for the identification and interaction of database tables for various modules.Involved in the analysis and design of modules for the Temperature Monitoring ADC project. The responsibility was to design a front end application for monitoring and controlling the temperature coming from ADC converter. User controllable thresholds were implemented to alert the user.

Supported the maintenance and enhancement of the WAN Shared Driver Library of Tandem Fault-tolerant TCP/IP network library of non-stop kernel.

Designed, coded, documented and tested various modules from the requirement document. (E.g.: Display Processor software development kit, Coding and control unit, DPRAM-HANDLER) The environment was Solaris, C, and CodeTap. (2167A, 1553B MIL Protocols)

Supported the system and network administration of India’s first ISP’s value-added e-mail and fax services. The infrastructure was a fleet of Sun Ultra Sparc workstations that needed 24x7 attention.
