As Gsmarthub Ambassador in Africa, I am the first point of contact for organizations, institutions, and NGOs on the African continent. Therefore I am responsible for helping introduce them to Gsmarthub, establishing a partnership, and supporting African Partners by recognizing opportunities within the continent of Africa (e.g., Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, Botswana, and other African countries).My responsibilities:• Working closely with development and marketing staff in New York to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.• Educating partners, students, and institutions about our platform.• Building rapport with partners and agents.• Monitoring feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.• Tracking partner preferences, metrics, and campaigns.• Representing Gsmarthub at product launches, events, and Workshops.• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
