My years of teaching and leadership experience on all levels of education affords me a well-rounded skill set and perspective that is valuable, and those skills are not lacking passion and vision. My top priority is to provide students with experiences to aid in the development of their intellectual and practical competences in a campus community that prioritizes their needs and values diversity. My goal is to make higher education better by integrating practices that bolster purposefulness and cultivating an environment for students to have academic success, meaningful community, and personal well-being as they transition to and persist in college.
