I’ve had the privilege of being a successful hands-on recruiter; of building a small business that prospered; and of leading a team of corporate recruiters. I have a passion for staying abreast of the latest and greatest tools and technologies to enhance the ability to deliver the best. I started as a traditional headhunter with a phone book; so I’ve never lost my roots of picking up the phone- but in today’s world, it's imperative to stay abreast of the ever changing tools. I was a very early adopter of the amazing platform of LinkedIn and have had great success in utilizing the tool from a business development role, as a job seeker and as a top producing recruiter.
