Conducted phone interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skill sets and ensure that candidate match the goals/objectives of the job requirements.• Negotiate salaries and benefit packages and identify career goals while staying mindful of the company's budget.• Successfully executed and managed the employment and on-boarding process and conducted orientation process for new hires prior to start date.
