Responsibilities:• Responsible in mentoring and coaching the team in full life cycle of recruiting which includes Sourcing, Job Posting, Screening, Reference Checking, negotiating compensation packages, Presenting Candidates, Scheduling interviews, Collecting and Delivering Feedback, Closing and Co-coordinating the Paperwork once the candidate gets an offer from the client.• Constantly on the hunt to build innovative avenues to improve submission: interview: hire ratio and increase ROI on recruitment strategies.• Responsible for resource allocation and working out strategies as per the strength and capability of the recruiters.• Responsible for creating weekly/Monthly/ annual performance reports for Business Head and Stakeholders.• Worked closely with Account Manager/ VMO in activities related to candidate quality, candidate retention and extension, lead generation etc.• Utilized multiple internet tools like professional networking sites, groups/blogs to source candidates apart from internal candidate tracking applications.• Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.• Perform pre-employment screens, negotiations and closings with clients and candidates. Conducted phone interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skill sets and ensure that candidate match the goals/objectives of the job requirements.• Negotiate salaries and benefit packages and identify career goals while staying mindful of the company's budget.• Successfully executed and managed the employment and on-boarding process and conducted orientation process for new hires prior to start date.
