As an Associate and member of the Executive Leadership Team, I have been charged with the strategic direction, architecture, engineering and operational support of both the technology and security aspects at HR Green, a fast growing and highly successful engineering professional services firm.In driving out HR Green's mission, I have overseen the significant improvements to the company's virtual desktop environment that allows any employee to leverage any application from anywhere at anytime; thus connecting the talented group of individuals throughout HR Green's nationwide locations to deliver high quality solutions to complex challenges for their clients and the communities they serve.From a more technical perspective, I lead the team that supports over 300 desktop applications in a Citrix-based virtual desktop environment, including CPU/IO/Graphics-intensive CADD, GIS, and Modeling applications. The technologies used to deliver on this VDI platform include grid graphics cards, vSAN storage, and SD-WAN. Current key initiatives include transitioning to Office365/Azure as well as replacing the legacy PBX phone system with Zoom.

Responsible for identifying the IT Infrastructure strategy for Thomson Reuters' Governance, Risk and Compliance (TR GRC) business unit, including: --Creating the strategy with supporting business cases to consolidate TR GRC's data centers from 12 global locations with 5 different vendors into 4 strategic Thomson Reuters data centers --Identifying how to leverage positions within the larger Thomson Reuters data center operations organization --Enabling disparate TR GRC customer-facing applications to integrate seamlessly, allowing customers to manage a single user id/password to access multiple legacy-acquisition productsPlanning capital purchases with Finance leaders and executing financial analysis on infrastructure-related projectsCoordinating with the Technology PMO to plan for resources as infrastructure projects are approvedCreating infrastructure-related business cases to the Executive Leadership team for approvalActing as the Executive Sponsor for TR GRC infrastructure-related programs and projects
