CurrentReid Johnson, President of CORE Network Solutions Inc., understands technology. Hiskeen interest in the way things work is what inspired Reid to pursue post-secondaryeducation in IT and networking technology. Reid graduated top of his class from NAIT in2001, certifying him as a Computer Network Administrator (CNA). From there, he went onto earn numerous industry certifications and designations.Before starting his own company, Reid gained invaluable experience working for reputableorganizations including The Internet Centre, the OA Group and Vintacom Media Group. Ashe gained seniority in his positions, his talent for network solutions and using technology tosolve organizational challenges ripened. It was during this time that Reid honed his skills fordeveloping comprehensive processes that solved existing issues, while taking intoconsideration future organizational realities down the road.The challenge and freedom to innovate his own custom solutions for clients inspired him tobranch out on his own with CORE Network Solutions Inc. The thrill of discovering newtechnologies and the constant learning process of an ever-evolving technological landscapecontinues to drive him today.Besides being an advocate for responsive, innovative IT solutions, Reid is also an avidsupporter of children’s charities and donates a significant amount of time and resources toseveral choice organizations. With three children of his own, the not-for-profit organizationsthat are near and dear to his heart include Little Warriors, Kids up front, Uncles and Aunts at Large and the Canadian Progress Club.Even in his off time Reid’s activities often revolve around making things work better. One ofhis favorite past-times involves a 4000 horsepower, A/fuel Nitro Dragster that he works onas Crew Chief for Dyno Racing.
