As Regional Coordinator My Responsibilities are to:Organizing the strategic plan for My sub-region including National Coordinator plans and feedback.Ensuring effective progress toward achieving The Action Plan by working with the National Coordinators to develop RREs for leaders in the sub-regionTraining, coaching, and mentoring members of My regional team. Organize major projects in My region (such as coordinating issue campaigns or liberty caravans)Recruiting and interviewing quality Local Coordinator Program candidatesOrganizing retreats and other trainings to develop the skills of the SFL leaders on My teams

I Serve as the Main point of Contact in Nigeria by helping the SFL Staff Team Connect Leaders to Resources, SFL Policies and Provide Support for Local Activities hosted by LCs on Campus. I also assist with the Growth of SFL activities and Identification of Exceptional Leaders.

My Job is to Oversee All the Activities in the Zone and Report Directly to the National Coordinator
