CurrentI am a member of the Insurance Practices Group of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation Department. I practice in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on the representation of commercial property and casualty insurers in business disputes, coverage litigation and extra-contractual liability matters. I also represent insurance producers (agents, brokers, MGAs, intermediaries and third-party administrators) and attorneys in professional liability matters. I have a long-standing interest in the field of legal ethics and professional responsibility, having served as a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Professional Guidance Committee for twenty-one years and as its Co-Chairman for two years and share responsibility within my Firm for managing some of the issues that arise in this area such as conflicts, conflict waivers, multi-jurisdictional practice, mandatory/permissive disclosures under the Rules of Professional Conduct in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and attorney-client privilege and confidentiality obligations.
