About Sheila Johnson

With a focus on culture and great internal communications my goals are to support leadership teams with strategic HR initiatives whilst working closely with employees to ensure their expectations are also met. My expertise includes supporting Entrepreneurs and Leaders within startups navigate the complexities of HR legislation and compliance, an Executive Partner as businesses grow and managing / overseeing all operational needs with a hands on, knowledgeable approach ensuring best practice and getting things right first time. Working life for me has to be in an exciting, high energy, (risky is good), challenging environment with like minded people who just love what they do and work extremely hard when it’s required. It’s equally important this includes a healthy balance with some time out for home life including my VIP 🐾 and my passion for wellbeing 🧘‍♀️More recently within the Biotech, Life Sciences, CGT, ATMP and Pharmaceutical world, I am a generalist HR expert with transferable skills across other sectors.
